Thursday, October 19, 2023 Come and join us for a fun filled evening of reading food and prizes at Newell School! Start in the Multi-Purpose Room and rotate to different stations. Sponsored by the Title Program 5:00-5:30 pm.
Start with a walking taco supper and listen to the story, “The Old Woman Who Swallowed a Leaf”, as it plays on the big screen. 5:30ish—6:40ish pm.
We will be moving to a new station every 15 minutes. Get your card punched at each station * Fall Book Bingo * Decoration leaf cookies * Act out your favorite part of the book. * Sensory rhyming * High School students reading to the elementary students. They will also do a scavenger hunt throughout the evening and end by making a craft with the pieces from the story.
