NEWELL—Eleven friends from the Newell High School Class of 1986 gathered for a 40-year reunion recently to share time together after four decades of post-graduation adventures.

Absent classmates include: Sandra Tarrant, Linda (Lange) Kaiser, Jeff Jensen, Susan (Alexander) Zaugg, Todd Middleton, Lurlene (Heitz) Klein, DeLayne Chowen, Bart Sinner, Fonda Lewis, Deneice (Crawford) McMillan, Ray Baker and Robert Childers.
Attendees also remembered deceased classmates Gail Gabriel, Luke Anderson, Matt Orwick, Perry Martin, and Tracy Goeringer. Thank you to Brian Mettler, Spearfish, for hosting the group.
