Grossenburg Implement Hosts December Chamber Mixer

Belle Fourche News Other Local News

BELLE FOURCHE—December Chamber Mixer came early this month! Grossenburg Implement hosted the gathering, rolling into another event they were already planning—their annual Ladies Night—both held December 3.

Grossenburgs Ladies Night is a popular event, scheduled from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., while the Mixer was held a little earlier, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Delicious food and drink were provided for all.

Grossenburgs new expansive building had plenty of room for everyone to mix and mingle. The gathering provides Chamber members a monthly opportunity to network with other business owners and community members.

Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Michaela Horn, was on hand to welcome everyone and thank the hosts for opening their night to all. Thank you to Grossenburg for hosting our December Mixer and for welcoming us into their Ladies Night,” she said.

The Connect and Collect drawing is an ongoing event of the Chamber Mixers. The fun activity rewards Chamber members for participating in the monthly get-togethers. It was started a year ago, and you must be a Chamber member to win. Chamber members are asked to sign in at each mixer in order to receive an extra entry into the monthly drawing. If the winner isnt present at the meet-up, the money rolls over to the next month. The pot is currently at $365.

The December winner was the American Legion. There was no one from that organization present at the event, so the money moves on to the January mixer.

Mark your calendars for the next Mixer—it is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, at Belle Flowers and Co.
