BELLE FOURCHE—It was an exciting day for the people that showed up for the August Family Fun Day at the Tri-State Museum on August 17.
The theme for this month was “Nanny Goats and Billy Goats,” and kids got to learn about goats with two informative videos, crafts, and most importantly, interaction with a friendly goat that the Allart family generously donated for the day.
The children enjoyed petting and feeding the goat!
Family Fun Days are held on the third Sunday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. Each Family Fun Day has a specific topic and typically includes a video or presentation, crafts, activities, a free take-home packet and a book drawing.
Admission to the Family Fun Day is $2 per person. Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 605-723-1200.
