On Tuesday, February 17th, the Broncs hosted Sturgis for both boys’ and girls’ basketball. Ahead of the games senior players were honored. Two Bronc cheerleaders were also honored.
Senior Gavin Pearson, son of Wade and Ashley Pearson, plans to attend Dickinson State University to play football and pursue an Ag Education degree after graduation.
Senior Sern Weishaar, son of Seth and Nicole Weishaar, plans to attend college for finance or marketing while rodeoing at the college and professional levels.
Senior Reagan Hatling, daughter of Brandon and Julie Hatling, plans to attend BHSU to pursue a degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Senior Danali Larson, daughter of Ryan and Wendy Larson, plans to attend college to earn a degree in psychology.
Senior Emma Juelfs, daughter of Nathan and Kerri Juelfs, has enjoyed being a manager for girls’ basketball and hopes to continue to be involved with the program.
Senior Ysabelle Angeles, daughter of Adam and Jessica Green, plans to attend college at BHSU to earn an associates degree in pre-nursing.
Senior Adalae Grusing, daughter of Shawn and Mikayla Trainor, plans to work with Early Intervention or pursue a degree in Special Education after graduation.

The Broncs fell short to Sturgis 58-62 for the boys and 23-38 for the girls. On Friday, February 20th, the Broncs travelled to Wall with final results 39-72 for the boys and 31-60 for the girls.
The boys host Faith on Friday, February 27th at the Belle Fourche High School with JV at 4:30 and Varsity tipoff at 6pm, followed by a tournament in Custer on Saturday for the last regular season games.
The Lady Broncs have completed their regular season games. They will travel to Custer for their first region 8A game. Both teams are 5-15 on the season.
