Raffle Held by Butte Volunteer Fire Department

BUTTE COUNTY-The newly formed Butte Volunteer Fire Department, located north of Belle Fourche, recently held a raffle for Polaris Ranger 1000 from ET Sports. The winner of this year’s raffle was Chad Escott from Faith, SD.

BVFD netted approximately $22,000 and will use that money to purchase Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). The fire department has some PPE, but is need of more. Including wild land gear, fire shelters, and more radios.

The Butte Volunteer Fire Department held a raffle to raise money for equipment. Thursday, they presented the winner with Polaris Side-by-Side. Members of the Butte Volunteer Fire Department were on hand for the drawing of a Polaris Side-By-Side. The raffle was held to raise funds for the newly formed department located north of Belle Fourche.
