The Tri-State Museum & Visitor Center hosted its May Family Fun Day on Sunday, May 18. 18 participants braved the wind and rain to have fun with the theme “Viva, Mexico!” Activities for the day included watching a film, making pinatas, learning the Hat Dance with Krystal Cazer, a book drawing, and a free take-home packet. Museum-goers had fun learning about Mexican history and culture.
The next Family Fun Day will be June 15 with the theme “Nanny Goats and Billy Goats.”
Family Fun Days are held on the third Sunday of each month from 2 to 4 p.m. Admission is $2 without a membership and free for members, and reservations can be made by calling 605-723-1200.
