BELLE FOURCHE—The Breakfast Club officially joined the Belle Fourche community at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony held at the business on the morning of March 7.
The Belle Fourche Chamber of Commerce invited the public to come help welcome this fantastic new restaurant to town. And the town came through! “It went really well, we were really busy, so it was kind of crazy, but I think it went really well,” explained Rhonda Schild, owner.
Rhonda and Marty Schild opened the doors to the eatery on February 1, 2025. Being a breakfast only restaurant, Schild caters to shift workers and those out and about at various hours. “Honestly, we have plenty of lunch and dinner options in this town, but we don’t have a lot of breakfast options, and I know a lot of people that work super early hours and other than fast food, they don’t have a lot of options for breakfast,” explained Schild.
What is unique about this business is the hours of operation. They are open when most other restaurants are closed. The Breakfast Club offers breakfast from 4:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday through Friday with more late night/early morning hours on the weekends of 1:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
The small cafe seats 55 people. Schild said, “it’s a very small restaurant and the whole vibe of the restaurant is like you’re walking into home, it’s very comfy, very casual!”
So far the community has been very welcoming to the new business. Schild said, “the community has been really great!”
You can find The Breakfast Club at 1405 5th Avenue in Belle Fourche, SD.
