The beginning of a new school year is exciting. The first official day of school is August 19.
A good way to get the year off to a good start is to find out what kids are going to need for school. (see supply lists)
Another fun thing to do is to find out what’s new. This year, Belle Fourche staff and students welcome a new superintendent, Mr. Orion Thompson. Mr. Thompson has been a teacher, coach and administrator for the past 23 years. His last position was superintendent in the Sully Buttes School District in Central South Dakota. (see welcome letter from Mr. Thompson)
