Newell Second Grade had a brief introduction to the world of potatoes recently. The kitchen team of Betty Bruner and Marlee Sais demonstrated sprouted potatoes and how to prepare slices to make chips. The class was then served baked potato chips prepared by the kitchen crew. Photo by Betty Bruner
