Sorrowfully, on January 29, 2024 the world lost a benevolent human being but gained an angel in the sky. Gavin Klynsma grew up in Rapid City and then moved to Newell, SD where he attended and graduated from Newell High School. He then attended Mitchell Tech for two years before moving to Liberty, MO to work with the railroad. After living a few years in Missouri, he moved back to South Dakota.
Funeral services for Gavin were held Saturday, February 24 at the Atonement Lutheran Church, 602 Auburn Drive, Rapid City, SD 57701.
