The patriotic enthusiasm of the Belle Fourche kindergarten class was a great opener for the BF Middle School Veterans Day program on November 10th.

 

The BFMS 7th & 8th grade choir under the direction of Karlee Gusso shared “How Do You Tell A Veteran ‘Thank You’?” in front of the backdrop which was full of the words of patriots.

Vietnam Veteran, Leo Nelson, shares his experiences with the 7th grade classes.

Thirteen 7th graders presented their memorized poetry and speeches to the 4th graders at South Park elementary in honor of Veterans Day: Kimber Gabert, Avery Coyle, Mariah Tanninen, Raina Reder, Brystel Tucker, Neeko Piekkola, Jaxsen Tucker, Ashtyn Norlin, Lissie Broderson, Betsy Moore, Ellie Kukuchka, & Layna Sinkey.

7th & 8th grade students presented a Veterans Day Program at Rolling Hills Long Term Care Center on November 10th. Samuel Savery presents “A Patriotic Wish” to the Veterans.

Nathan Juelfs presented to the 5th grade students about flag etiquette and what it means to be a Veteran.

7th Graders Avery Coyle and Brystel Tucker presented the “Preamble to the Declaration of Independence” to Ms. McCrackin‘s 4th grade class during Veterans Day week.

VFW Post 3312 Commander Gene Embrey presented Patriot’s Pen awards to six 8th grade finalists: Dante White, Jasmine Reason, Mya Nowowiejski, Alexa Stone, Aolani Stone, and Laila Campbell. This year’s topic was “How Are You Inspired by America?”
