Detour Routes through Belle Fourche during Railroad Crossing Upgrade by Rapid City, Pierre & Eastern Railroad in 2023
The replacement of the RR Crossing on Hwy 85 is scheduled to begin on October 30th. The Hwy 85 closure and detour is currently scheduled from Nov 1 thru Nov 3. Please note that the placement of detour signing will begin several days prior to the actual closure. This is necessary due to the large quantity of signs to be setup. DOT Courtesy Map/Photo
